The home features two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a generous open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen — ideal for slow mornings, shared meals, and easy evenings together.

Step outside into your private garden, created for quiet moments and relaxed outdoor living, with beautiful views towards the sea and surrounding mountains.

Private parking is available on the property. Guests use parking space No. 3 (three), making arrivals and day trips around Sithonia simple and convenient.

Trani Ammouda (Livrohio)

A broad golden-sand beach just outside Agios Nikolaos, known for shallow, clear water, plenty of space, easy access and views towards Mount Athos on clear days.

Diaporos & the Blue Lagoon

Across from Vourvourou, Diaporos is surrounded by vivid turquoise water, sheltered coves and the famous Blue Lagoon. Many of the most memorable spots are reached by boat.

Diving & snorkeling

Nikiti and the Vourvourou area offer guided scuba experiences, introductory dives and snorkeling trips, with access to sites around Diaporos, the Blue Lagoon and nearby islands.
